Book an Appointment
Welcome to AND WELLNESS. We’re so glad you’re here.
We are opening June 2025! Online booking is now available.
Direct billing: Each practitioner works independently and may be registered to direct bill different insurance companies. Take a look at their bio before booking to confirm that your plan is listed. We are NOT accepting ICBC or WCB Worksafe claims.
Credit Cards: A credit card is required to secure your appointment but will not be charged at the time of booking. This is to reduce the occurrence of late cancellations and no-shows. You will have the choice of payment for your treatment at the time of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and considered a no-show.
Sick Policy: If you are feeling unwell, or have symptoms of any communicable illness, please contact us to reschedule. Patients who arrive sick will be turned away and charged a cancellation fee (not reimbursable on extended health plans).
We look forward to being a part of your health and wellness journey!
