Welcome to AND WELLNESS. We’re so glad you’re here.

We are opening June 2025! Online booking is now available.

Direct billing: Each practitioner works independently and may be registered to direct bill different insurance companies. Take a look at their bio before booking to confirm that your plan is listed. We are NOT accepting ICBC or WCB Worksafe claims.

Credit Cards: A credit card is required to secure your appointment but will not be charged at the time of booking. This is to reduce the occurrence of late cancellations and no-shows. You will have the choice of payment for your treatment at the time of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and considered a no-show.

Sick Policy: If you are feeling unwell, or have symptoms of any communicable illness, please contact us to reschedule. Patients who arrive sick will be turned away and charged a cancellation fee (not reimbursable on extended health plans).

We look forward to being a part of your health and wellness journey!

Treatment by an RMT includes a thorough health history intake, and hands-on techniques to improve mobility and functionality of the pelvic organs - specifically the uterus and bladder - and their associated structures. Modalities include visceral manipulation, fascial release, ligamentous release, and osseous loading. This treatment is beneficial for pelvic pain, menstrual pain, prolapse, incontinence, history of abdominal / pelvic surgeries, unexplained and persisting back or hip pain postpartum, and more. You cannot receive this treatment if you currently have an IUD (intra-uterine device) or are currently pregnant. New and returning female patients are welcome, as well as people born with a uterus.

Meagan Klop (RMT, Birth Doula, Co-owner) brings over a decade of experience in the wellness field. She previously studied abroad in Guangzhou, China before enrolling in WCCMT’s mastery level Massage Therapy program in New Westminster, where she later returned to teach as a clinic instructor and teaching assistant for upper level students. She spent the first eight years of her career servicing the downtown Vancouver and tri-cities communities before moving back to her hometown of Abbotsford.

Her practice focuses in pregnancy and postpartum care, as well as pelvic health. During her practicum as an intern massage therapist, she gained experience working with high risk pregnancies at BC Women’s Hospital, and has since taken numerous continued education courses on pregnancy, postpartum, prenatal abdominal massage, treatment for uterine pelvic issues, labour support and birth doula courses, and a Spinning Babies workshop.

Her approach to treatment is simple: it doesn’t have to hurt to be effective. She practices with a firm yet restorative approach of Swedish Massage, mixed in with myofascial techniques, trigger point release, and gentle positional releases.

Meagan strives to create a treatment space that is free from judgement or discrimination, and is trans and nonbinary friendly. Her work in pelvic health is beneficial and inclusive to AFAB gender-diverse folks.
